We purchased a vehicle from Anchor Nissan last month and worked with the salesman Rich Melville. He was very nice, professional, and personable. He made the experience as smooth as possible for us, which is not always the case when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. We were able to get through the entire car purchasing process pretty quickly and everyone we worked with was very nice and worked to make our car buying purchase smooth. First, I would like to thank David Paquin for his thorough and efficient customer service in helping me close the deal on my new purchase, "Nissan Kicks S 2024" vehicle. When I visited the site on Monday, August 18th, I already had been approved for a car loan through my bank (RI Credit Union). I was incredibly pleased with my bank's rate. After learning about what Anchor Nissan had to offer and the possibility of getting an even lower rate (although not guaranteed), I agreed to have Nissan pull my credit for review. Besides, I had nothing to lose as my bank offered me a 6.09% rate based on my credit score. David shared the good news … "I was able to get you a lower rate." I was so adamant that Nissan nor any other car dealership could not beat my bank's rate. I was wrong! YOU DID!!!

I saved time with Anchor Nissan and did not have to bring back a car purchase agreement to my bank. Everything was completed in one day and I picked up the vehicle after 4 pm (same day). "I'm still in shock" about the lower rate including the efficiency of paperwork completed. Especially with transferring my old registration to the new vehicle. Everyone knows visiting the Registry of Motor Vehicles takes time. I expected at least the next day I would get the vehicle.

Thank you again David Paquin for putting a S-M-I-L-E on a customer's face. I walked into Anchor Nissan knowing what type of vehicle I wanted (amount of $$$) with an already approved low rate and Nissan Anchor delivered!!!

I was looking to purchase a Nissan Rouge after my previous Rogue was totaled in a car accident. I searched online looking for another Orange Nissan Rogue with no issues. Thankful for Car Fax! I located an Orange Rogue at Anchor Nissan and immediately reached out to the sales team. I met Dave who welcomed me to Anchor, took some information from me and then let me test drive the Orange Nissan Rogue. It was definitely an upgrade from my previous 2017 Rogue. Anchor took care of registering my car in Massachusetts using my license plates. Let me begin by stating that I like shopping at new car dealers about as much as I like going to the dentist without using novocaine.

I began my search for a Certified Pre-Owned, Nissan Rouge, visiting a dealership in North Attleboro. I then visited one in East Providence. Sadly, they were the same in that the advertised price came with "conditions" which is very disappointing considering time spent. The one in E. Providence wanted to charge me 200.00 for stickers they put on the car that showed the VIN. What a joke! The biggest disappointment was mandating you finance at the dealership to get the advertised price. No thank you!

I was actually on my way to a used car dealer in MA when I drove by Anchor Nissan. I figured they were worth a look and pulled over to check out their inventory. I found a Rouge that caught my eye.

I dealt with Rich Melville and the process could not have been any better or easier. Rich is a true gentleman and there were no "sneaky" conditions attached to the advertised price. We negotiated a fair price and I bought the car. He even checked in a week later to ask if I liked the car and had any questions or concerns.

this dealer was very friendly and understanding about my problem. After getting an oil change about a week ago, I noticed a rattling noise seeming to come from under the hood on the passenger side of the car. The service man brought me into the service garage and said all the things under the hood were secure. I told him there was a plastic container on the left side of the engine that I could easily move back and forth with my hand. The noise it made moving this was exactly the sound my wife and I heard when traveling around 65 m.p.h. He said this container needs some leeway to move a little bit. So I went back to the waiting room and waited. When my car was ready, I checked under the hood and could not move this plastic container much at all. -Pawsox fan

This isn't the first time that I've gotten a car with anchor Nissan, my last car was unfortunately totaled in an accident. Ryan had originally sold me my car that was in the accident but he also helped me find a new car with anchor that was within my budget as a single mom with two children but also something me and my kids could ride around comfortably in and also very reliable. The stress of everything going on after the car being total dealing with insurance he did a good job of staying positive and staying in contact with me The whole dealership is family friendly and will work with you And make sure you leave in something that you're not only happy with but something you could afford in today's economy. -Jessica P

I recently returned to Anchor Nissan in North Smithfield, RI for an oil change. As usual, it was easy to make the appointment, I was greeted with a smile and the oil change was done in a timely manner My tire were also rotated. Tim Shultz was amazing, as usual. I talked to him when I bought my previous 2022 Pathfinder & was very happy so I came back to him again this time to buy my brand new 2024 Pathfinder. I gave him all of the information I was looking for via email & when I came into the dealership to meet with him, he was prepared & had all of the numbers ready for me to make my decision. This is the quickest, easiest new car purchase I have ever made.

We went in desperate for a car, My husband Michael had a transplant and we needed something he could get in and out of easily. We were paired up with Ryan and we told him what we needed, what we were willing to budge on, and he was honest with us, told us what was safe, and what he knew I could get into. It was stressful as I've owned my car and wasn't used to car payments, Ryan and the team there made it so easy for us only took about 4 hours and we drove it off the lot! They were amazing with us and VERY helpful and low stress. From the minute I walked in and started talking to Rich I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and his easygoing friendly manner. I have worked with Von many times when leasing or buying my Nissans. I had a 2020 Rogue that the lease was ending. I told Von that I wanted to purchase it for my niece. He immediately transferred me to Derek the finance person who then told me could buy it herself. They also traded in her van. I then leased a 2023 Rogue which had to be brought in from another dealer. Von made the whole transaction easy & stress free. Both my niece & myself left with our new cars in a matter of a few hours. I was in the service department, expecting my vehicle would have more repairs than it was worth. I casually browsed, and Richard was right by my side, giving me any piece of information I asked for. My hope was to stay in my old vehicle for one more year. Knowing he might not even make the sale, Richard researched all the best options for my budget. When I got the phone call that my old vehicle would cost more than it was worth, I informed Richard I would go through with the purchase but could not arrive for a few days. When I showed up Monday afternoon, Richard had everything ready, switched the plates, put my old car next to my new one, and made a seamless transition to my new 2023 Pathfinder.

The bottom line is I felt cared for by Richard. It was not a hard sell but an enjoyable and painless experience. I was in and out in 2ish hours.
