Every year around this time, J.D. Power and Associates releases their annual vehicle dependability study. And every year, automakers hope they make the cut. For, as we all know, dependability ranks very high on consumer's list of new-vehicle requisites.
Well, the results are in; and they show that within the midsize truck category, the Nissan Frontier steals the show. In terms of dependability, it triumphs even the Ranger and Ridgeline, which place at second- and third-most dependable, respectively.
Dependability isn't the only thing the new Nissan Frontier has going for it, either. Anchor Nissan located conveniently at 1041 Eddie Dowling Highway, North Smithfield, RI is happy to say the Nissan Frontier has also won awards for having one of the top-10 resale values of any car on the market, earning the highest scores possible in IIHS crash evaluations, delivering versatility, and winning 11 off-road competitions... And that's naming just a few.
Curious how the midsize Frontier compares to our larger Titan? We're happy to compare the two for you.
And remember, if you're not in the market for a pickup, there are many other award-winning Nissans to choose from at Anchor Nissan, as well. Take the 2012 Nissan Murano, for example. It just tied for first place in J.D. Power and Associates vehicle dependability study, within the midsize crossover/SUV segment.
